This program is appropriate for speech language pathologists who work with geriatric patients and are interested in gaining new perspectives on geriatric treatment from our clinical counterparts.

Geriatric Rehabilitation is most successful when clinicians use a multidisciplinary approach. This workshop will discuss discipline specific challenges, strategies for success and priorities of geriatric rehab from the perspective of a physician, a social worker, a dietitian and a physical therapist. This multidisciplinary workshop will enhance the speech pathologist's clinical management for this unique population.
